Before you go
To check if you have any valid claims and see how much compensation you could receive, we’ll need the following:
- Copies of the tenancy agreements relating to all properties that you have rented in the last 6 years
- A copy of your bank statement (or cheque stub/receipt) showing the payments of each deposit
- Copies of any documents that you may have received from previous Landlords directly or the Landlords letting agent which relate to each tenancy

An easy way to provide COPIES of your documents by phone or post
Please DO NOT post original documents to us and always ensure to include your Customer Reference Number when sending documents.
SENDING DOCUMENTS BY EMAIL
Please email copies of documents to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Don’t worry if you only have printed copies but want to email them to us for a faster decision. You can simply take a clear, non-blurred photo using your phone or tablet and then email them to us.
SENDING DOCUMENTS BY POST
Please post only photocopies of documents to us to the following address:
Tenant Compensation, Suite 11, 17 Holywell Hill, St Albans, Herts AL1 1DT.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER WHEN SENDING DOCUMENTS
